Building Plan - Site Plan

Approval of Site Plan for residential self – use building:

Form ‘A’ for Site Approval (Given in the Building Rules Book worth Rs. 30/-).

Duly filled up the site plan application form (Form – ‘A’ of Building Rules Book) and submit along with the following items-
3 copies of ammonia / computer print of site plan drawn by enlisted L.B.S. of
Barrackpore Municipality as per municipal rules mentioned in the Rule Book.
Xerox copy of Registered Deed/ Link Deed/ Parcha/ Settlement record in favor of the applicant.
Affidavit/ Indemnity Bond attested by Notary.
Xerox copy of up to date Tax receipt in favor of the applicant.
Deposit Site Plan approval fees as per municipal norms.
Placed in the B.O.C. meeting for necessary sanction.

Placed in the B.O.C. meeting for necessary sanction.
Charges will be paid as per municipal norms to get the sanctioned Site Plan.
