Building Plan - Transfer of Property

Permission taken before Selling of the Land/Building:

Purchase a sale permission form.
Duly filled up the sale permission form and submit along with 4 copies of ammonia / computer print site plan drawn by enlisted L.B.S. of Barrackpore Municipality, a Xerox copy of Registered Deed/ Link Deed/ Parcha/ Settlement record in favor of the seller or donar & a Xerox copy of up to date Tax receipt in favor of the seller/ doner.
Deposit the requisite Fees as per municipal norms.

Permission taken after Selling of the Land/Building:

Application for Post-Facto Permission in favor of applicant.
Purchase a sale permission form.
Duly filled up the sale permission form and submit along with 4 copies of ammonia / computer print site plan drawn by enlisted L.B.S. of Barrackpore Municipality, a Xerox copy of Registered Deed/ Link Deed/ Parcha/ Settlement record in favor of the seller or doner & a Xerox copy of up to date Tax receipt in favor of the seller/ doner.
Deposit the requisite Fees as per municipal norms.

Time Frame: 15 to 20 days.

Service Charge: Price of Sale permission form: Rs. 10/-. At time of submission of duly filled sale permission form the Municipality will collect a requisite fee on basis of different parameters like covered area, super built area etc.
